  • AKARALI’s pure standardized hot-water Tongkat Ali root extract powder is a concentrated form of the key bioactive components in raw Tongkat Ali. Made from mature roots sustainably hand-harvested from the remote rainforests of Malaysia, it is great for flexible daily dosing. You can mix it in your morning coffee or protein shake for quick, immediate, and potent effects. Unlike our capsules, which may take a half an hour to an hour to kick in, the effects of consuming pure extract powder directly can usually be felt within 5 - 10 minutes.

    Please note, the extract is highly bitter. Taste profiles that combine well include black coffee and dark chocolate. You may add brown sugar to moderate the bitter taste if preferred.
